Payment Methods Accepted

Standard Delivery
All in-stock items will leave
our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Weekend orders
will be processed
on the following Monday (unless it is a holiday).
We make every attempt to ship orders placed prior to 2pm CST on the same
day the order was received.
When standard shipping is selected
we ship
via USPS Priority mail or UPS ground shipping with insurance included.
If
you have a preference you will need to email or call.
Shipping charges may be subject
to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being
shipped.

International Shipping
We will quote international shipping on an individual basis.
If you are outside of the United States,
we ask that you email us with
your mailing address and what you wish to purchase so we may obtain an
exact quote of your shipping charges. We will await approval
before any charges are applied to your
card.
Duties and Taxes
International orders are subject to duties and taxes.
Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the
country.
The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes,
and other fees.
Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes, and
restricted items.
Tracking Returns and Exchanges
We do our very best
to promptly respond and process all inquiries, exchanges, and returns as
quickly as
possible. If you wish
to exchange or receive a refund for a product, we request that you
either call or email
before mailing it back so we can begin the paperwork and process
it faster.

Sales Tax
We are required to charge State and Local sales tax on orders shipped
to Texas addresses. Texas requires
that we charge sales tax on both merchandise and shipping.
