The gaiters are made from a breathable fabric with an elasticized cuff so you can wear them all day. They are made to slip over the top of your shoes to keep the laces tucked in and prevent them from snagging on thorns and brush.

Sizing
To determine appropriate size measure 7 inches from heel towards ankle with a fabric tape measure, then measure the circumference.
Large fits 9-11.5 inches
Extra Large fits 11.5-13 inches.
