Dehydration is the most common, potentially dangerous, medical condition you will encounter on your adventure. This mix contains glucose, sodium, and potassium in the original World Health Organization formula. Three non-flavored packets. Dissolve each in one liter of water. For exercise induced dehydration we recommend using two liters of water per packet.

Practical Application
Recommended for any adventure where a significant fluid loss could occur. Southern Africa from September through May can be very hot. Any time traveler's diarrhea is a possibility.
